To study the effectiveness of an empirical approach to the choice of antibiotic therapy in combination with immune biotic were examined 60 women with manifest chronic recurrent inflammation of the pelvic organs. Group I included 30 women received antibiotic grandazol® for 5 days. To prevent the inflammation recurrence 30 patients (group II) with antibiotic therapy administered immune biotic ecobiol. Effectiveness of the treatment was evaluated by clinical manifestations at 3, 5, 10 days, 3 and 6 months after treatment.
As a result grandazol® was highly active against all potential agents of inflammation and had high compliance. Antibiotic and immune biotic ecobiol combination leads to the restoration of local and general immunity, provided sanitation of chronic infection in the intestine, creating the conditions for completion of the inflammatory process.
