This paper presents the own research results of functioning fetoplacental complex on the backdrop of irritable bowel syndrome in pregnant women due to pathophysiological and functional disorders resulting from changes hormone secretion and as a result, create conditions for the development of pathological conditions of physiological pregnancy.
The study included 100 pregnant women with symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome: a study group consists of 50 women, who used the developed complex therapy (diet with adequate water intake, and drugs Mucofalc, Lactoginal), and 50 healthy women in the control group. As a result, it was found that the developed therapy normalized the gastrointestinal tract function in pregnant and significantly reduced disorders of utero-fetal circulation and placenta parameters
