Suggested such a thing as «controlled» risks - risks which are common in the population; easily identified (available diagnostics); it is possible to simple their monitoring in the doctor’s arsenal; there are proven ways to correct them.
Risk assessment with the above items specifically allows objectifying measures to prevent their consequences in each individual case, and cover that cohort of pregnant that forms population indices.
It is also described a strategy for the prevention of premature pregnancy loss. The authors in their practice in the treatment of mild and moderate vaginal dysbiosis in pregnant prefer probiotic Lactozhinal: 1 capsule 2 times a day for 7 days or 1 capsule 1 time a day for 14 days.
Also in the practice of therapy threat of miscarriage authors use natural micronized progesterone (Utrozhestan).
