Abstract

Currently, for the prevention and treatment of pregnancy miscarriage and preterm birth successfully used synthetic progestogens (progesterone). In the choice of therapy to maintain pregnancy is desirable to use medicines that are as close to the molecules synthesized in the body of a pregnant, like a drug Utrogestan.
