Abstract

The thesis presents the theoretical basis and a new solution of an actual problem of modern gynecology and reproductive medicine, namely increasing efficiency of ART through the development and practical implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic algorithms for patients with repeated IVF failures based on a comprehensive study of their genesis. Immunological prognostic markers of of repeated IVF failure factors have been identified. Indications for the use immune modulation therapy in preparing women with repeated IVF failure and proven effectiveness of the proposed immune adjustment therapy. The efficiency of diagnostic-medical algorithm of supervising patients with repeated IVF failure was developed and demonstrated.
