The study of the efficacy and safety of multipolyionic hyperosmolar colloid solution gecoton as part of infusion therapy during spinal anesthesia in a gynecological hospital was performed.
The study included 40 women who underwent surgery for uterine leiomyoma body or failure of the pelvic muscles. Patients were divided into 2 groups: the first (investigation) group included women who carried out gecoton infusion after standard premedication, and then performs a standard spinal anesthesia, and the second (control) group was used physiological solution instead gecoton.
The results showed that gecoton infusion prior to spinal anesthesia can reduce the hemodynamic response in the development of ganglion block, and dilation of blood vessels, that developing after spinal anesthesia was more expressed after physiological solution infusion.
