Hormonal support of menstrual function and features a balance of sex hormones was studied in women with disorders of autonomic homeostasis and various changes in reproductive health (women after artificial abortion, infertility women and women with uterine leiomyomas).

It was found that the combination of changes in reproductive health with such disorders of autonomic homeostasis syndrome as somatoform autonomic dysfunction and autonomic nervous system dysfunction is accompanied by significant changes in the regulatory mechanisms of menstrual function of women and relationships of stress-associated hormones, that is enhances the reproductive health of surveyed women.
