Abstract

Conducted studies showed that Tranexam is eff ective in the treatment and prevention of abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB) in the background insuffi cient luteal phase of the menstrual cycle in patients of reproductive age with intolerance progestogens syndrome. Prophylactic uses of antifi brinolytic drugs from the fi rst day of the menstrual cycle in women with AUB reduce blood loss, stabilize the menstrual function and also signifi cantly improves the psycho-emotional state of patients.
Diff erentiated approach to the treatment of the AUB and adequate antirecurrent treatment contributes to the stabilization of subjective and objective characteristics of the menstrual cycle, red blood parameters and sonographic endometrial pattern. Pathogenic therapy of AUB allow to avoid a large surgery and associated risks, enables to realize reproduction plans, signifi cantly improves the quality of life.
