Abstract

In the structure of extragenital pregnant pathology rapidly increased the number of diseases of the urinary system in recent years. Pyelonephritis is a main case of hospitalization during pregnancy on non-obstetric indication. According to official statistics of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the prevalence of urinary tract infections is increases from year to year.This article describes the etiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of the major diseases of the urinary tract in pregnancy.
