Abstract

Сьгодні проблема поєднання патології репродуктивної системи та щитоподібної залози (ЩЗ) стає все більш важливою. Для українських жінок вона особливо актуальна, тому що значна частина України складається з ендемічних за зобом районів. Останніми роками зареєстровано чітку тенденцію до зниження функціональної активності ЩЗ та резервів її компенсації як у випадку вогнищевих форм, так і всієї тиреоїдної патології. Причиною підвищення частоти захворювань ЩЗ є насамперед екологічні чинники, в т.ч. наслідки аварії на ЧАЕС [1, 5]
