Authors have investigated to fi nd the most eff ective methods to improve reproductive function in women who have had an ectopic pregnancy. It was found that laparotomy access is very eff ective in the conservative treatment of ectopic tubal pregnancy, and the authors recommend using this method. The laparoscopic conservative treatment of tubal ectopic pregnancy will be more eff ective if suturing salpingectomy performed by vicryl. To reduce adhesions in the pelvis should be carried out intra- and postoperative rehabilitation.
