The latent pathological trace of dysregulation pathology is the place of least resistance and not manifested during the clinical recovery, but in the case of a new pathogenic effect in this step may cause a relapse. Therefore, after clinical recovery must be carried the rehabilitation period, that is necessary for disappearance of latent pathological traces or for their permanent “immurement” through plastic sanogenetic mechanisms. The adequate pathogenetic therapy should promote to elimination of the traces.

The aim of the study was the development and implementation of a comprehensive methodology of postoperative rehabilitation after organ-preserving treatment of benign tumors of epithelial origin of nonendometrioid origin.

We observed 150 women of reproductive age of which: 60 – with a serous cystadenoma, 60 – with mucinous cystadenoma; 30 female control group. Postoperatively, women of main groups, who underwent surgery, received COCs, as well as drugs with antioxidant and detoxification action: L-glutathione, L-arginine, ceruloplasmin, and a complex of vitamins A and E.

Postoperative management of comparison groups is carried out in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine № 417 from 15.07.2011 “On the organization of outpatient obstetric care in Ukraine”.

Application of the developed method of postoperative rehabilitation for women of main groups led compared by women with traditional rehabilitation to reduce the activity indicators of free radical oxidation and peroxidation of erythrocyte hemolysis; increase the activity of non-enzymatic and enzymatic antioxidant levels, of L-arginine and neutral NO metabolites. As a result, women with developed postoperative rehabilitation techniques had increased the number of cases of pregnancy and childbirth.
}, number={31}, journal={REPRODUCTIVE ENDOCRINOLOGY}, author={Лисенко, М.
