Abstract

This article describes the clinical forms of reproductive system in men and women related with different mutations. Mutations in the genes of FSH and its receptor in women, and in the genes of LH and its receptor in men are the most significant in reproductive disorders. GnRH is an important factor that regulates a reproductive function.
