Abstract

Urinary system is involved in the pathological process is more than half the time in locallyadvanced gynecological cancer pathology, sometimes it is a reason for refusal of surgery, radiation and drug therapy. Authors analyzed the results of salvage surgery in 136 patients with tumors of the pelvis stage III-IV, 52.2% of which had defeated the ureters and bladder. As a result, concluded that the feasibility of combined surgery with one-stage reconstruction of the urinary tract in a certain category of patients,because such approach in the treatment of locallyadvanced cancer of the reproductive organs in women improves the results of cancer survival and improves renal function.
