Abstract

The article consist data about the drugs Cifran CT (ciprofl oxacin + tinidazole) and Klabax (clarithromycin) in the complex therapeutic therapy of infl ammatory diseases of the female genital organs of mixed etiology. Combination antimicrobial therapy with Cifran CT and Klabax was used in 57 patients with endocervicitis, adnexitises in outpatient treatment. The study of the dynamics of the clinical status, laboratory tests and other methods of bacteriological examinations of patients before and after treatment has allowed to establish the high effi cacy of this combination in respect of mixed infection with the presence of gram-positive and gram-negative aerobic and anaerobic fl ora, chlamydia, mycoplasma, ureaplasma. Clinical cure was achieved in all patients, the frequency of elimination of pathogens accounted for 92,9%.
