Abstract

Ultrasonic hook and scissors combined with cold plasma coagulation in the surgical treatment of patients with deep infiltrating endometriosis and superficial peritoneal minimizes surgical trauma, improve the postoperative period, reduce hospital stay. Radical peritoneumectomy has advantages over excision or vaporization of peritoneal endometriosis implants in reducing chronic pelvic pain and improve reproductive results, but these data require further researches and evidences.
